Uyir Kaakum Unavu Thiruvizha (Food Festival)
With the divine blessings of Guruji, the "Uyir Kaakum Unavu Thiruvizha" (Life-Saving Food Festival) has been proudly organized by Hotel NALAN for 16 consecutive years across various cities in Tamil Nadu. This festival is meticulously curated with the primary vision of creating widespread awareness and inspiring individuals to integrate a wholesome, natural food culture into their daily lives.
Nurturing Body, Mind, and Soul
At the very core of this festival is the revival of "Aru Suvaigal"—the six traditional tastes. We artfully harmonize these flavors to ensure that the food not only delights the palate but also deeply nurtures the Body, Mind, and Soul. By reintroducing ancient, time-tested recipes, the festival features over 200+ diverse food varieties, demonstrating that an incredible richness of flavor can be achieved without compromising on health.
Food as Medicine: Our Mission:
The recent global pandemic has served as a powerful reminder of the need for disciplined, conscious lifestyle habits. Our ancient heritage has always championed the philosophy of "Food as Medicine"—a practice proven to prevent ailments, boost immunity, and empower individuals to lead a long, disease-free life. Our mission is to rekindle these traditional food practices and pass this invaluable wisdom on to the public.
